Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a multi-year people strategy aligned with growth

• Conduct enterprise-wide workforce planning
• Guide the optimization of HR systems and analytics
Requirements:
• 20+ years of HR leadership experience
• At least 7 years in global HR roles
