Reporting to the COO, the VP Mining will be part of the technical management team, working on a cooperative basis with the EVP Exploration and the VP Projects, and the Operations, Projects, and Business Development teams providing mining technical leadership and knowledge to the company in the following areas:

•Support the company’s mining operations through technical assistance, mentoring, technical leadership•Support the company’s executive management with mining expertise To identify Contractors to erect & run a Crusher plant. •Participate in multi-disciplinary teams on various projects

•Assessment, due diligence and technical auditing/review of mines and projects supporting the company’s growth strategy through acquisitions and internal projects

•Financial modeling and analysis to support tradeoff studies, value engineering decisions, acquisitions and valuations
