Vice President, Human Resources

We’re looking for a Vice President, Human Resources to be based in Taipei, Taiwan, reporting to the corporate CEO. The VP Human Resources will work closely with the global management team and play a critical leadership role by developing, coordinating, and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plans and directions of the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues; establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.

Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR functions in the areas of talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.
