Vice President, Merchandising - NAM

Your opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Vice President, Merchandising – NAM, you set the long-term regional merchandising vision and strategy for North America. You provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of senior leaders, accountable for driving the creation, development and execution of our regional assortment and line plan strategies. You play a central role in guiding the representation of our product experience through all channels and you build the strategies and tactics to accelerate our North American business. Your work integrates the brand’s design vision while delivering best in class sales, inventory and margin results, further solidifying Arc’teryx as a world class retailer.
