Our client, a leading listed player in the real estate industry , is looking for a Vice President - Retail Leasing to be based in Mumbai.

Role Overview:

• To formulate and implement leasing strategies for overall retail portfolio including F&B across retail assets
• To lease vacant retail and F&B areas in the assets and maximize revenue through events/promotions
• To meet & exceed the business plan leasing numbers
• Lease lifecycle Management & Tenant Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate the leasing strategy and develop the leasing plan based on market intelligence for overall retail portfolio including F&B
