Vice President of Manufacturing Operations

Lead multi-site operations in the rigid plastics industry with a growing North American manufacturer. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and strategic leadership to support business growth.
As the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will report to the President and spearhead production across three sites while ensuring high standards of quality and safety. You will develop a strategic 36-month operations roadmap and drive improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency. Your focus will also include mentoring plant leaders and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
