Position Summary:
The GCC Head – BPO Services will be responsible for setting up, scaling, and leading the center's operations. This includes overseeing service delivery across functions - Billing & Engagement Operations, Finance Operations, HR Operations, Leadership Support, and Design & Marketing Support. The leader will be responsible for aligning the GCC with client's global business priorities, embedding innovation (AI, Automation, emerging technologies), ensuring compliance with local laws and global standards, and preparing the center for eventual transfer to the client. The role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in shared services, operational excellence and transformation, and stakeholder management.
