Job Description
Brandt is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales - Agriculture for the Alberta and Saskatchewan regions, reporting to our Regina location. The VP of Sales is accountable for sales performance, market share growth and aligning sales objectives with Brandt’s business strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
Achieving sales growth and profitability throughout the assigned Territory
Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used Wholegoods inventory
Providing assistance in and guidance for forecasting the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals in the assigned Territory
Provide continuous input on the development of standard agricultural specifications and encourage the selling standards
Assist in the management and development of all sales employees with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long t...
