Job Title: Vice President/AVP - Team Lead – Wealth Management. Role Overview : We are seeking an accomplished professional who can lead from the front – driving business growth, managing high-value client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team. This role is critical in shaping and executing wealth strategies aligned with the firm’s long-term vision. Key Responsibilities: Lead & mentor a team of wealth managers to deliver superior client outcomes. Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients. Drive business development initiatives to grow AUM and expand client base in line with firm targets. Achieve business targets across Equity Trading (NSE/BSE), Demat accounts, and overall wealth revenue Drive sales of Fixed Income products including Corporate FDs, Bonds, and NCDs Promote and distribute Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance solutions Design and implement strategic wealth plans aligned to clients’ financial goals, risk appeti...
