Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the President, this executive role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across V!VA’s portfolio of retirement communities. The Vice President, Operations will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional Community Member experiences while building strong leadership capability across the organization.
