Vice-President or Vice-President, Capital Markets Structuring and Syndication

As Vice-President of the Capital Markets Structuring and Syndication group, you help structure and set up bank financing transactions for large corporations. This includes analyzing financing needs, sketching out transaction structures and reviewing legal documents. In this role, you help the business development teams structure loans, present financing offers to clients and negotiate terms. You have a considerable impact on the organization by helping promote services and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You also support the Manager and the General Manager with client-facing representation and negotiations.
