Managing a portfolio of leveraged finance facilities consisting of revolving credit facilities and term loan facilities. Preparing high-quality credit applications and obtaining necessary internal approvals on post-closing events such as amendments, waivers, and consents for assigned transactions. Conducting annual and quarterly portfolio credit reviews, including analyzing the latest financial results (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), covenant compliance, and updating financial models, risk assessments, and reporting. ...
