The Vice President – Power Systems Design & Technology

is responsible for defining and governing Kongsberg Maritime’s system-level power system architecture, design standards, and technology roadmap.

The role acts as Kongsberg Maritime’s Design Authority for power systems and ensures that architecture, reference designs, and technology choices enable scalable, repeatable, and commercially competitive global deliveries.

The position bridges market needs, business strategy, and engineering excellence to secure long-term profitability and technical differentiation. The position reports to the SVP Power Systems, and participates in the Power Systems business units management team.
