Job Description
The role focuses on aligning projects and resources with business goals, ensuring the portfolio of initiatives delivers maximum value, and is responsible for planning and managing SingPost’s property portfolio. He will lead the master planning of SingPost’s real estate portfolio and drive positive outcomes in optimising the value.
Strategy
Oversee SingPost’s property leases and facilities management, ensuring effective space planning, lease optimisation, and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Promote a healthy, safe, and agile workplace while managing overall local occupancy costs, and foster a work environment that is socially and environmentally responsible.
Plan and implement developments, projects, and initiatives that are scalable, future-proof, and aligned with SingPost’s long-term business and workforce needs.
