Job Description WSP is looking for a senior executive to lead our Rail & Transit practice across Western Canada. In this role you will provide strategic, commercial, and operational leadership, oversee a growing team, manage a significant P&L portfolio, and drive sustainable growth aligned with WSP Canada’s strategic plan.

Set and execute the strategic vision for Rail & Transit in Western Canada, aligned with national and global business objectives.

Lead and grow a high‑performing business, optimizing margins, utilization, cash flow, and long‑term profitability.

Strengthen trusted client relationships with public‑sector agencies, private partners, and industry organizations.
