Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President – Sales to lead KalSoft's sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth across all regions. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in driving enterprise sales within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a deep understanding of solution-based selling, channel management, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute KalSoft's sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives and regional expansion plans.
Drive revenue growth across all service lines, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, Modern Workplace, and Managed Services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft regional teams, enterprise clients, and strategic partners.
