Vice President, Software Engineering (Colombia)

The Vice President of Software Engineering is a transformational leader responsible for shaping CINC’s engineering culture, organization, and systems as we scale into the next era of AI-enabled software delivery.

You will lead a global engineering organization, ensuring the fundamentals of high performance — technical excellence, flow, feedback, stability, and learning — remain at the center as we evolve toward more autonomous, intelligent, and distributed teams.

This role is both strategic and hands‑on: close enough to the work to stay grounded in engineering reality (architecture, code, delivery, reliability), yet disciplined enough to zoom out, diagnose systems, shape team topology, and enable people to make better, faster, safer decisions.
