 Responsibilities 
The VP - Structured Credit Syndicator in Australia will be more specifically responsible for:
Pricing, structuring and underwriting non-flow (PF / asset finance) and flow (corporate / leveraged) loan products, originated in Australia/New Zealand. The successful candidate will work hand-in-hand with the Origination business lines throughout the origination process on those aspects, including in client-facing activities (incl. pitching / marketing);
Working hand-in-hand with the APAC credit sales team, including in an investor-facing capability and through ongoing training of the APAC credit sales team, to initiate and push non-flow / flow credit products sales to investors, as part of primary and extended primary syndica...
