Vice President - Trading Documentation

Job Description

The role incumbent will be a senior negotiator of various master trading agreements.

What will you do?

• Negotiates various industry-standard and, with the Law Group, non-standard master trading agreements, including complex and/or structured trading agreements and ancillary documents.
• Negotiates and reviews regulation-driven documentation, particularly VM and IM agreements.
• Coordinates, in conjunction with the Law Group and other team members, changes and updates to RBC master agreement templates and the management of these templates.
• Ensures compliance with RBC policy documents (Standing Orders) for all trading documentation.
• Ensures appropriate internal systems are updated accordingly.
• Assists Regional Head as required in project and other management.
