Vice President, Wealth Management Technology

**This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategy, Architecture & Roadmap**

+ Define and drive the long‑term technology strategy and target architecture for Wealth Management platform
+ Own and evolve the application roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that modernize legacy systems and improve advisor experience
+ Ensure platforms are scalable, configurable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards

**Product & Business Enablement**

+ Translate business and product strategy into clear, executable technology outcomes
