Vice President, Wealth

Meridian is on an ambitious growth journey, with Wealth Management as a critical strategic engine. We are seeking a VP, Wealth to lead the continued evolution and expansion of our Wealth business—growing our Wealth sales and assets under management by scaling advice, deepening member relationships, and building a future‑ready Wealth team that leverages AI, member insights and referral driven commercialization across the enterprise.

This role is the single‑point leader accountable for Wealth revenue growth, advisor productivity, and enterprise referral conversion outcomes, and is ideal for a seasoned Wealth leader who combines business acumen, sales performance expertise, a passion for democratizing advice and leading with purpose.
