What You’ll Lead
As Vice President, Workforce Reengineering, you will design and hire into a new consultative support unit that will:
- Redesign workflows end-to-end (mapping work, decomposing tasks, quantifying effort, fixing flow).
- Architect future-state operating models (layers/spans, decision rights, governance, role clarity, productivity outcomes).
