Job Summary

As a Vice-Principal, you will be a key member of the schools management team, working closely with the Principal in establishing a culture of holistic care and providing positive learning experience for the students and fostering a culture of learning and teaching, collaboration and innovation among your staff.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include working with and supporting the Principal in the following areas:

Curriculum and Instructional Excellence

• Lead in the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all educational programmes of the school. This includes school-based curriculum, syllabus construction and patterns of assessment, and provision of teaching aids to meet the needs of the different student profile.
• Lead in the implementation of innovative pedagogical and assessment methods to enhance students learning.
