Premium Video Coordinator (Channel Support)

This role will be responsible for ensuring that requests related to YouTube channel management e.g. channel account recoveries, OAC upgrades, ownership transfers, video replacements etc., are effectively handled and communicated with relevant parties.

What You'll Do:

• Point of contact for internal inquiries from Relationship Management to ensure that YouTube partnered channel-related issues get resolved in a timely manner (e.g. channel access issues, OAC requests, video replacement requests).
• Work closely with the global Premium Video to proactively escalate issues, communicating roadblocks and providing insights on process improvements.
