Video Creative Specialist

Straightforward is looking for a Video Specialist to craft emotionally resonant, platform-relevant video content that connects with our audience and elevates the brand's storytelling. This role focuses on producing both short-form and long-form video content across various digital channels, helping define how Straightforward moves visually and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video production for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, producing 2 short-form videos daily.
• Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and sound design; enhance visuals with motion graphics and animation.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Communications Team to execute content aligned with briefs and campaigns.
• Stay informed on trends, algorithms, and audience behavior to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Occasionally assist with photo editing, graphic design, and mentoring teammates on video production.
