As our Video Editor, you'll sit at the heart of the Growth team, turning raw footage, UGC, and briefs into polished, performance-led content that converts - primarily across Meta. You'll operate at speed and scale, iterating fast, testing relentlessly, and building a content machine that keeps Wuffes front and centre in the feeds of dog owners everywhere.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver a consistent weekly output of edited video ads against briefs set by your paired Creative Strategist, meeting fast turnaround deadlines without sacrificing quality or brand coherency
• Produce 30–120 second performance-driven video ads, with multiple creative variations for testing, learning, and iteration across Meta and other paid channels that meet performance benchmarks
• Actively integrate AI tools (Sora 2, Klin...
