Need to have qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands‑on video editing experience for long‑form content (podcasts, interviews, YouTube).
• Strong proficiency with modern editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Experience working from scripts or rough outlines and manually assembling timelines.
• Ability to implement detailed, specific feedback with fast turnaround times.
