We're looking for a Creative Performance Video Editor who can take raw footage, b-roll, UGC, talking-head clips, voiceovers, and creative assets — and turn them into engaging, scroll-stopping videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and social platforms.

This role combines strong editing abilities with an understanding of direct response, retention, pacing, storytelling, and creative iteration .
