Video Editor — E-commerce Ads

Overview

We run 3 health brands across the US and EU. By end of 2025 we were doing $50K days with a team of 3. Now we are scaling to $150K days and need editors who want to own their craft.

Responsibilities

• Edit short and long form video ads for Meta
• Source b-roll from TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest
• Create hook variations
• Same day turnarounds on variations

Requirements

• Experience editing Meta ads for e-commerce
• Understanding of what makes an ad convert - hooks, pacing, visuals
• Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Ability to work independently

Compensation

• Performance bonuses up to $500/month per brand for top performing ads
• Full training program provided before you start
