We are looking for a Video Editor with prior experience working on YouTube channels who understands retention, pacing, storytelling, and content structure .

The core responsibility of this role is editing long-form YouTube videos and short-form content . In addition, the editor will also design YouTube thumbnails to support better click-through rates. Social media graphics are a bonus, but not required .
