Responsibilities:
Create high-converting ads and marketing videos (talking head, faceless, promotional, and product videos)
Develop scroll-stopping hooks, smooth transitions, strong proof elements, and clear CTAs
Produce multiple ad variations from the same footage for testing and scaling
Add captions, callouts, motion graphics, and on-screen text to boost engagement
Edit performance-focused content for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Optimize videos for retention, engagement, and conversions
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Must have experience in motion graphics.
Experience in e-commerce or agency-level performance ad editing
Strong understanding of typography, pacing, motion graphics, and sound design
Knowledge of hook psychology and conversion-focused editing
