We're Hiring: Video Editor (Short-Form + Podcast Content)
We're looking for a creative video editor who understands how content works on the internet - not just how to cut clips.
If you enjoy turning long conversations into high-retention reels, YouTube Shorts, and podcast clips, this might be for you.
What you'll be working on:
Editing podcast episodes into engaging short-form content
Creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Adding captions, cuts, pacing, and subtle motion to keep attention
Repurposing long-form content into multiple short clips
Collaborating on content ideas (hooks, angles, formats)
What we're looking for:
Experience editing short-form vertical video
Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and hooks
Knows how to edit podcasts (audio + video)
Comfortable with subtitles, jump cuts, pacing, and social formats
Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
