Performance marketing creatives (ad films, conversion-focused content
Develop platform-first edits tailored to Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
Ensure strong storytelling, smooth pacing, and engaging visual flow
Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and performance teams
Experiment with creative formats and contribute innovative editing ideas
