About the Role

We are looking for a high-level Remote Video Editor who doesn't just cut footage but crafts stories. You are the type of person who stays organized, understands the nuance between a TikTok and a LinkedIn video, and most importantly - doesn't need a manual to do your expertise.

You will be responsible for taking raw assets and turning them into polished, high-performing content across multiple platforms. We value autonomy. We aren't looking to micro-manage; we are looking for a creative partner who can take a loose brief and run with it.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Editing: Lead the post-production process from raw ingest and organization to final color grade and sound mix.
• Platform Optimization: Re-purpose master content into high-engagement formats for YouTube (16:9), Vertical Social (9:16), and professional feeds (4:5).
