We are seeking a creative and detail -oriented Video Editor & Social Media Specialist to transform long -form podcast episodes into high -impact short -form content. This role focuses on producing engaging, platform -optimized videos designed to increase audience retention and drive engagement across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

The ideal candidate understands digital storytelling, social media behavior, and how to capture attention within the first few seconds of a video. This position requires strong editing skills, content instincts, and the ability to consistently deliver polished videos on a weekly basis.
