Video Editor

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Video Editor responsible for taking raw long-form footage (especially podcasts/interviews) and turning it into polished final episodes 
and
 high-performing short-form clips. You will manage the full post-production workflow: selecting the best moments, editing for pacing and retention, multi-cam switching, audio cleanup, color correction, graphics, and exporting platform-ready deliverables.

We are looking for someone who can work independently and make strong editing decisions without being babysat. We provide full raw content (including multiple camera angles) and an existing library of past content for B-roll. You are expected to deliver edits quickly and consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing long-form podcasts/interviews
