What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit long‑form content: vlogs, talking heads, and YouTube videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
• Edit short‑form content: Reels, TikToks, Shorts that hook viewers in 3 seconds and keep them engaged.
• Edit high‑quality, fast‑paced, clean short‑form videos in the style: Example 1, Example 2, Example 3.
• Brainstorm and collaborate on video ideas, topics, and titles that maximize engagement.
• Work closely with our team to script and finalize concepts.
• Analyze performance data to identify what works and improve future content.
• Collaborate daily with other editors for feedback and skill‑sharing.

Tools You Should Master

• PJ: Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve – must be highly proficient in at least one.
• After Effects for advanced graphic animations (a big plus).
