Video Operations Technician

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Video Operations Technician for their Chicago, IL (Onsite Hybrid Mode) location. Responsibilities:

+ Monitoring break fixes

+ Lot of backend data entry work involved

+ That his team’s work is evolving away from traditional AV-only roles. The strongest candidates tend to be those with: Strong PC/technical foundations, Comfort with databases, procedures, and project coordination, and the ability to be hands-on and solve issues directly (not escalate everything). They’ve had recent success hiring candidates who may be “greener” on AV but strong technically, as those gaps are easier to train versus core technical fundamentals. Long-term mindset and team fit continue to be critical.
