Video Production Coach/Consultant

Context (Frame + Proof)
We're building a modern media machine: talking-head + B-roll content, courses, podcasts, organic content (and potentially ads), and systems that compound. We're a small, high-standards team. We move fast, we care about correctness, and we're building toward a global full-stack operator org (humans + agents).
Our style: global, modern, hip-hop-centric. We combine precision, design, and impact.
Important context: we already have content and a real operating history. We paused publishing a few months ago to reset direction and rebuild our production system. Some older content won't match the standard we're upgrading to. The mission now is best-in-class quality + a repeatable machine.
