Job Title: Videographer / Photographer / Editor

Position Overview:

The Videographer / Photographer / Editor is responsible for creating visual media that supports the agency’s storytelling and branding across platforms. This role manages the full cycle of video and photo production, from planning and shooting to editing and publishing. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and creatively driven, with an eye for composition, rhythm, and brand style.



Core Responsibilities:

•Pre-Production Planning

o Collaborate with the Creative / Art Director and content teams to storyboard and plan shoots for campaigns, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, etc.

o Scout locations, organize lighting/audio setups, and manage production schedules.

• Shooting & Production
