VIE 2026 - UAE (Dubai) - Engineer in Strategic Incubation Officer - H/F

The Strategic Incubation Officer role is part of Airbus Commercial Aircraft’s Customer Services team. As a VIE, the officer will support the development and governance of incubation initiatives worldwide, focusing on prospects in Africa Middle East.

• Support the Customer Services Strategic Incubation Leader in global incubation follow‑up and governance implementation.
• Manage incubation project follow‑up and deliverable creation.
• Identify relevant incubation opportunities worldwide in alignment with Airbus strategy and code of conduct.
• Establish necessary project organization and governance.
• Prepare contractual set‑up in collaboration with legal and procurement departments.
• Prospect potential start‑ups and partnership opportunities in the Africa Middle East region.
• Travel within the region as required for business purposes.
