Created in 2013, the Private Equity, Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department of CACEIS Bank aims to develop Alternative Funds management activities within the CACEIS group.
The PERES business line has been able to expand its range of services with innovative products such as structured financing, while relying on its high level of expertise in traditional services such as depositary function, record keeping or accounting service.
Within PERES, and as a Financing Officer in VIE, you will join the Financing MO & Agency team.
More precisely, you will assist a team specialized in the management of all financing operations (Equity Bridge Financing and overdrafts).
Your role will be to support the permanent staff of the team through the following missions:
