VIE - HR Generalist (12 months) H/F

The HR team at Amundi Luxembourg is looking for a VIE to join its 4‑person HR team.
You will lead campus recruitment and manage the full lifecycle for interns, VIEs and student hires, maintain HRIS and regular reporting, support employer‑branding and university partnerships, and provide operational HR support and process improvements as needed.
Campus management
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for interns, VIEs and summer/student hires: identify needs with hiring managers, draft and post job announcements, screen candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, and oversee selection.
Oversee onboarding, day-to-day management and offboarding for interns, VIEs and students
act as the main point of contact and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience.
Contribute to budget preparation and workforce planning for campus hires
schedule new hires and monitor the budget.
Serve as primary contact for universities, schools and campus partners.
