VIE - Process Efficiency Professional - Manilla

THE ROLE

The Process Efficiency Specialist is responsible for driving and leading GBS PH efficiency initiatives, ensuring their effective execution, identifying new opportunities for improvement, and fostering collaboration across service delivery teams. Will also be engaged in mapping current processes, designing optimized workflows, conducting time and motion studies, and collaborating with delivery and BA teams for automation, analytics, and platform enhancements.
