VIE - Talent Development & Employee Experience

This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but will work within the HR COE team that covers all of Asia Pacific (14 countries - China, Japan, Korea, Pacific, Singapore, South East Asia Emerging, Taiwan). This role is part of the APAC HR COE Talent Development & Employee Experience team. 8 team members located through Asia Pacific, we support 14 different countries and are very culturally diverse. We speak English with our stakeholders and within our team. Some of the team also speak Mandarin. This role will focus more on support our TD & EX COE Head, 2x Talent Managers (one for Greater China Cluster, one for East Asia Pacific Cluster), and 1x Employee Experience Manager (for all of APAC).

• Managing our IHP masterlist
• Managing our Training completion rates tracking/Powerbi
