Viewpoint Construction Software Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Viewpoint Vista Specialist with a strong background in the US construction industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of construction billing practices and will be responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle using Viewpoint Vista. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely processing of billing and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle using Viewpoint Vista, including billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Prepare and generate progress billings, AIA billings, and invoices in compliance with US construction standards
• Administer contracts and change orders, ensuring accurate setup and updates in Vista
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on outstanding balances, and coordinate collections efforts
• Ensure accurate posting of transactions and reconciliation of AR accounts
