Villa & Building QS | UAE, PlanSwift Expert

MENA Lifts is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in building and villa construction projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will handle quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender preparation, and project cost control.

An ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of total Quantity Surveying experience, including 2 years of specific UAE experience. Proficiency in PlanSwift and strong knowledge of UAE construction practices are essential.
