The Role:
We are currently seeking for a suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated Village Manager looking for Full Time FIFO Ex Perth employment working at one of our Mining Villages.
As the Village Manager, you will take full operational ownership of a remote mining village, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all Village Services. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing catering, accommodation, cleaning, tavern, transport, facilities, and logistics operations, while maintaining strict compliance with HSEQ, WHS, food safety, and client service standards.
