Village Supervisor

ECHO Foundation was founded in 1991. It is a registered Section 21 Company, established as a non-profit company. The Foundation houses over 1,500 residents within its villages and frail care facilities.

ECHO Foundation is looking for a Village Supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate would need to live in the Village.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the health and safety of all Residents continuously.
• Responsible for confirming the wellbeing of all Residents daily.
• Supervise staff and ensure all work is carried out.
• Attend meetings with Resident committees & at Head office.
• Inspect Village regularly and ensure general maintenance are done as required.
• Oversee contractors whilst on site.

Qualifications required:

• Grade 12
