VIP Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Providing level 2 End User Computing support for VIP users both onsite and remote
Well verse in Windows OS and MS office applications.
Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment
Basic troubleshooting skills for MAC, IOS, and android devices.
Handles asset and peripherals inventory management.
Meeting room and AV equipment knowledge.
Provide smart hands support for networks and servers
Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and process.
Requirement
Diploma/Bachelor's degree
Hands on VIP support experience of 2-5 years in providing VIP support both onsite and remote
Confidence with excellent interpersonal skills.
Customer centric and focus on service excellence.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
